Booking It is advisable to book as far in advance as possible, to avoid disappointment. Our spa reservation team will be more than happy to assist you planning your day, please contact us either via email on, or call us on 0117 9273389

For all spa treatments, weddings and group bookings we require a 50% deposit and for spa days we require full payment at the time of booking. Please allow at least 72 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid paying the full fee. If you are using a gift voucher to secure the booking, we will adjust the value of the voucher to show the cancellation fee.

On the day Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to insure you receive the full allocated time, arriving late may limit the treatment we can offer you and we would still have to charge the full amount.

Dress Code Please arrive for your treatment in dry attire.

Medical Conditions Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions. If you wish to have a treatment and suffer from any of the following, please inform us at time of booking:

  • Heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy or thyroid problems
  • You are pregnant
  • You have suffered from cancer in the past 5 years
  • You suffer from any allergies
  • You have had recent surgery


Substitution and Cancellation Policy, We reserve the right to substitute treatments and services for ones of an equal value at our discretion.
